Salt Up! 65% Dark Milk Cupuacu with Soy Sauce Crystal

The bar is evolved from our signature Cupuaçu bar.  Soy Sauce is condiment of Asian and Soy Sauce Crystal is the crystallized soy salt at the bottom of the clay pot of repeat soy sauce making.  Drizzling some soy sauce crystal on the cupuaçu bar, the umami taste highlight the flavor and create a sweet and savoury sensation.   

* Cupuaçu, also known as Theobroma grandiflorum, is a close relative of cacao. Like cacao beans, Cupuaçu is rich in nutritional value, has also been regarded as a superfood in recent years, and even a substitute for chocolate.
