Our brand was born from passionate chocolate fanatics who started as chocolate lovers, became curious tasters, grew into enthusiastic hobbyists, and have now emerged as award-winning bean-to-bar chocolate makers. 

Handcrafted in Hong Kong, and driven by our commitment of quality and creativity, we specialize in single-origin chocolate bars, drinking chocolate and innovative flavor combinations. Our philosophy is to experiment and taste repeatedly to develop products that showcase the unique flavors of different cacao beans.  We also carefully select ingredients to create innovative flavor combination.  Every product is the result of countless experiments and meticulous tastings.

  • Step 1

    We source the cacao beans from various origins and hardsort them to ensure high quality.

  • Step 2

    Cacao Beans roasted to create diverse profiles for unique characters and flavors.

  • Step 3

    The outer layer of the roasted beans is discarded and converted into cacao nibs.

  • Step 4

    The cacao nibs and sugar are grinded for 48-60 hours to ensure the desired smoothness.

  • Step 5

    The chocolate is tempered to obtain gloss and snap

  • Step 6

    Chocolate is placed in the mould, allowed to set, and becomes ready to go.
