Delivery Areas

We deliver to addresses within Hong Kong, excluding Outlying Islands, remote, and restricted areas.  If your shipping address is in these locations, please contact us at slokchocolate@gmail.com or via Instagram (@slokchocolate) for special arrangements.

Delivery Timeframes and Charges

Deliveries within Hong Kong (excluding Outlying Islands, remote, and restricted areas) typically take 3-5 working days.  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, typhoons, or courier delays.

  • Orders of HK$350 or above: FREE delivery via local courier (3-5 working days).
  • Orders below HK$350: HK$50 delivery fee.

International Delivery

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.  We will investigate and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund. 

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

All products are non-returnable and non-refundable.  In case of disputes, SLOK Chocolate’s decision shall prevail.
