This newly launched Irish Crunchy is a collaborative product with Blossom.

Blossom, a boutique coffee shop renowned for its signature coffee cocktails, inspired us with its iconic Irish coffee, which we have reimagined in the form of chocolate.

This product is crafted using whiskey carefully selected by Blossom’s head bartender, Hasting Ng, the champion of the 2022 Hong Kong Coffee in Good Spirits Competition. The whiskey is used to soak Peruvian Chuncho cacao nibs, which are then dried at a low temperature. We’ve elevated the experience by blending in heavy cream powder instead of milk powder. Heavy cream powder is relatively rare in chocolate, but it captures the rich, robust flavor of Irish coffee far better than milk. The bar is finished by adding Blossom’s house-roasted Colombian El Diviso estate Ombligon coffee beans. Combined with the crunchy texture from the Ombligon coffee bean pieces, this bar not only recreates the taste but also transforms this iconic drink into a bold and innovative form.
