The cacao beans are sourced from the Trinidad Microlot Program led by Sarah Bharath, a cacao expert with more than 15 years of experience in cocoa genetics, agriculture, and processing.  She was working closely with cacao farmers and fermentaries throughout Trinidad to ensure the best beans are selected and processed.  

The cacao beans are from the Rio Claro region.  The chocolate bar offers a subtle note of red apple and almond, carries a pleasant sweet earthy aroma reminiscent of truffles, and brings a luxurious exquisite tasting experience.
