72% Philippines Aged with Hops [Mak's Beer]

This chocolate bar is a collaboration together with Mak's Beer, a Hong Kong local brewery.  We have used the Hops from Mak's Beer and created this beautiful ageing bar.  Interwovening the floral note and bitterness from hops, the Longan note in the Philippines beans become dominant and a subtle bitterness at the end reminding the beer.  

No flavor is actually added in the bar.
