Tasting Note | Chocolate Fudge / Banana / Nutty / Tobacco
Milk Based | 1 part chocolate powder : 4 parts milk
Standard Method:
Heat water or milk until steaming. Use a frother or whisker to combine cacao powder with the preferred liquid. You may also add a dash of whisky for complex flavoring.
Express Method:
Put the chocolate powder in a fit size and heat-resistant bottle
Add 80°C liquid (max up to 60% full)
Shake 10-15 times or until all the chocolate is melted
For iced chocolate, follow above procedures but reduce the 80°C liquid to 60%. Then add the 40% ice in the melted chocolate and shake another 10-15 times
