A milk-free version of our award winning Cupuaçu bar.

Building on the 68% Dark Milk Cupuaçu, this 75% plain bar lets the full character of Cupuaçu shine through.  Without any dairy, more intense and uncompromising, it highlights the unique aroma and distinctive bittersweet profile.

Through meticulous roasting, we have softened the natural bitterness to a pleasant level while preserving the depth and complexity that makes Cupuaçu so special. 

*Cupuaçu, known as Theobroma grandiflorum, is a close relative of cacao. Like cacao beans, Cupuaçu is rich in nutritional value, has also been regarded as a superfood in recent years, and even a substitute for chocolate.
