Phoenix Dancong Oolong 雪片梨香

The Chas’ 雪片梨香 (Phoenix Dancong Oolong) comes from Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou. It is a carefully blended tea made from three to four single-bush Dancong oolongs harvested in winter. 

We extract the elegant floral and fruity aroma of the tea using cacao butter. The resulting chocolate has a soft grassy green hue, delicate and complex with a sweet flavour that carries notes of melon, snow pear, and white peach followed by a long, lingering finish.Time to enjoy the third Caffeine Bar.
